Sometimes if your skin isn't getting enough moisture, it will produce more oil and that oil could lead to breakouts. I'm no expert, but finding the perfect moisturizer might help you. Earlier this year my skin went through a VERY dry stage, and I started using the Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizer. It did amazing things! You could give that a try!
