October Favorites
Hey everyone! I've been so busy the last couple weeks with school and things haven't really been slowing down, but I'm trying my best to get some posts up at least once a week! Today's post is my October Favorites. I try to get favorites blogs up the first of the month, but I wasn't too far behind so I still wanted to share mine with you all. Enjoy!

"Sunrise" IT Cosmetics Shadow
This Naturally Pretty Palette has been my absolute favorite palette for a long time. Now that Fall has come around I've been playing around with my everyday eye look and I started using the "Sunrise" shade on my lid. It's a beautiful shade and I love the warmth it's been giving my eyes. If you haven't tried this palette I highly recommend it.
Sephora Nano Lipliners
I picked up two of these over the month of October and I think they're great for the price. They're only 5 dollars, and the colors I have have worked amazing for me. One is just a natural liner that I wear almost everyday. I also have a brown shade that I like to sheer out as a base for when I want a slightly darker brown tone to my lip shade. I highly recommend these!
Real Techniques Contour Brush
After washing my brushes I thought about how I could use them differently. I usually use this brush to bronze my face, but I tried it to blend out my under eye concealer and I loved the way it worked. It has a great shape to get under the eyes and the bristles are very soft.
E.L.F. "Mellow Mauve" Blush
I picked up a new blush in October. This is actually an old favorite of mine. I think it's a great Fall shade, especially if you have more fair skin. It has a slight shimmer, but once you apply it you can't even tell it does.
Makeup Forever Rouge Artist Natural "N9 Copper Pink"
If you shop at Sephora and you have a rewards card there, then you probably know that you get a free gift for your birthday. Since my birthday was in October, I picked up a little sample gift by Makeup Forever. It came with this lipstick, and I fell in love with it instantly! I think it's a shade that is very popular at the moment but it in a more natural way if that makes any sense! It's more sheer and it has shine to it but I think it looks amazing, and I've been wearing it so much since I got it!
Citron Cedarwood by Bath and Body Works
One of the best things about Fall and the holiday season are all the candles that come out! I actually bought this candle over the Summer, but it reminds me so much of Fall that I didn't start using it until recently. It's VERY similar to the Bath and Body Works Mahogany and Teakwood candle. If you've never heard of it, think Fierce by Abercrombie and Fitch or just a really nice men's cologne.
Yoga
This has actually been a favorite of mine for the past few months. I started doing yoga at the beginning of the semester as an actual credited class. I didn't think I would end up loving it as much as I did. It really does relax me and it was something that I looked forward to doing twice a week. The class just ended but I will definitely keep doing it on my own!
That's all for the month of October! What were some of your favorites in October?
Have a great weekend!

June Favorites
Does anyone else feel like June went by way faster than May?!
Anyway, it's July! So that means it's time for some June favorites. I don't have many this month since I haven't tried many new things out, but I do have a few that I want to talk about. So here we go...
Beauty
This month I've been using that same lipstick literally every time I do my makeup. It is a Revlon creme lipstick in the color Blushing Nude. I know it's Summer and people tend to lean towards more bright and light colors, but I keep reaching for this one. It reminds me of the lip color that Kylie Jenner has been seen in a lot, but her lip color looks more matte. This one is a creme so it has a bit more shine, but if you're looking for a similar nude like the one she's been wearing a lot that's affordable, I recommend this one.
This month I rediscovered a blush that I stopped using months ago, and it is Maybelline's Dream Bouncy blush in 'Coffee Cake.' I've been loving this blush because it works as a blush and highlight, which is great because it's so hot that I try to use as little products as I can. This blush is a creme, and I used to use a brush to apply it, but lately I've just been blending it into my skin with my fingers and I love the effect it gives.
I've neglected my Urban Decay Naked palette for a while now, but this month I decided to use one color and I fell in love with it all over again. I started using 'Buck' as a crease/blending color again. I've forgotten how perfect this color is. With my skin tone, it looks very natural but it can still transform an eye look instantly!
Fashion
My fashion favorite this month has definitely been maxi skirts and dresses. I love them because they save me the trouble of figuring out a whole outfit to wear. One of my favorite maxi dresses is featured in my last blog post. They're also very comfortable!
Random
This month I have a YouTuber favorite. I have been OBSESSED with Joe Sugg's channel...ThatcherJoe. If you haven't checked out his channel, do it now! I laugh hysterically at all his videos, and this month he launched a gaming channel, ThatcherJoeGames. If you were obsessed with playing Sims when you were younger like I was, definitely watch him play.
Another random favorite this month is a band. This month I've been listening to The Vamps. If you've never heard of them, they are a band from the UK. I clicked on their video for 'Wild Heart' while I was on YouTube, and after watching it I got hooked. This month 'Somebody to You' has been a favorite, and the single version and music video features Demi Lovato!
BTW...how cute is the lead singer, Brad?
